How can we satisfy the need to connect with other people, at a time when we all have to distance ourselves from each other? There is a certain amount of people that experience a lot of fear and stress, avoid all forms of social contact and are afraid of becoming infected with an unknown virus. This won’t be the last time we face a persistent pandemic. Based on this fact, I designed a solution to prevent the detachment, fear and distrust in each other that has arisen.

An innovative and speculative object that wil continuously measure whether the carrier has a virus in the body. It will give a signal that shows other people if you are ‘safe’ or not. The design is made of aluminum, which is nickel-free, which means there is a small chance of a reaction from the skin and it is extremely light to wear.
