“Everyone has his/her own story and by sharing these social themes she hopes to show people that there’s no need to be afraid of the unknown. As an adoptee, I have experienced that there is a need for more attention for the hidden pain with an adoption, both for the adopted ones as their relatives. For that reason, I decided to make a documentary about my journey. I went back to Sri-Lanka to obtain more clarity on the root questions. There we revisited the for me special places in order to better implement the loss in my life. “
