Investing in young people is investing in the future.

Like myself, students feel that they are not being heard enough, and since little perspective is being offered, we are concerned about our future. Ideally, we would like to go back to school, get a permanent contract and affordable housing would not be a bad thing either. But the problem is that for years we have not been heard by the government, and this must change.

With Generation Now, I bring the concerns of young people into focus around the issues about: housing, work, study, performance pressure and the climate policy. By sending large physical and digital postcards to the Dutch Parliament, I am trying to fight for change. There are plenty of young people who come up with good ideas and who want to make a positive change. Investing in young people is investing in the future. It’s time our voices are heard. #generationnow21 #giveusavoice
